Malyse Evans

Math Teacher – LEVEL UP Program 4th-6th Grade

Hello! My name is Malyse Evans and I have a passion to provide an environment for students in order to support them emotionally and intellectually here at Cambridge Academy. With a bachelor’s degree in History from CSU Channel Islands, I feel that not only can I teach the state standards but bring more varied knowledge base to the classroom. My experiences through my own education journey have shown me the value of learning by doing, an ethos I will implement in my classroom. As a teacher, I respect my students as people first, and consider such an understanding foundational to the educational process. I am a lifelong learner and hope to inspire personal philosophy in each of my students.

Madison Green

Teaching Assistant

My name is Madison Green and this will be my first year at Cambridge Academy. I attended charter, public, and online schools throughout my K-12 education which gave me a deep understanding of different learning techniques and teaching styles. I am now pursuing a degree in social work at Phoenix College and my ultimate goal is to one day teach.

I see every child as an opportunity to impact the world, whether that be positive or negative is up to us and the influence we have on them. My goal is to make sure every child that I get the chance to interact with has a beautiful takeaway from our experience together. At the end of the day, we can learn from children just as much as they can learn from us.

Joshua Benitez

IT Administrator
My name is Mr. Benitez but students usually call me Mr. B! I am beyond excited to spend another year at Cambridge Academy. Although this will be my second year at Cambridge, this is not my first rodeo. I have taught for almost 12 years now between Arizona and California. My background stems through all grades from Pre-K to high school, as well as SPED departments. I am passionate about my work and believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn something new every day. While growing and mastering base skills at their grade level and beyond, students will become great citizens today and for their future. Here’s to another great school year!
